The Squire on Fire

Ben Butler of Cease & Desist Book Club in Downtown Spokane provided our Dealer’s Choice cocktail for Spring 2022. The Squire on Fire combines a variety of spirits in equal parts. Redemption Bourbon and Rye provide a bold base that will appeal to whiskey drinkers looking for a nice drink before dinner, but the Averna and Grand Marnier smooth things out to make this an excellent night-cap.
