Moscow Farmers Market

Friendship Square
Moscow ID 83843
Saturdays, 8am-1pm
Season - May 7 - October 29

Founded in 1976, this top-rated market is one of the largest and longest-running in the region.

The market usually features more than 100 vendors offering everything from freshly cut flowers, handmade jewelry, woodworks, art and wine to locally raised meats, fruits and vegetables. Throughout its more than four decades in operation, the Moscow Farmers Market has built up quite the customer base, drawing shoppers from eight miles away in Pullman as well as outlying towns and areas. Even vendors like Tonnemaker Hill Farm and K and C Farms trek weekly from Grant County to sell at the market in Moscow. Local favorites include Woodland Honey and artisan cheeses from Brush Creek Creamery.

Grab a chair in Friendship Square and enjoy live music in the heart of the market while you nosh on some street food. Food trucks and stands sell tamales, burgers, baklava and steamed pork buns that are worth the wait.

Plan to arrive earlier than later; late-risers should take note: this market takes its 1 p.m. end time seriously! You’ll know it’s time to head home when a small parade of children and market officials walk up and down Main Street, ringing a bell.
