CONTRACT TERMS:

-This Contract is assignable.

-Advertiser will be billed upon the publication of each issue unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed to in writing. All payments are due net 30 days. A credit card is required to secure any and all payment plans.

-All contents of advertisements are subject to Edible Inland Northwest's approval. Inland Empire Media LLC and Edible Inland Northwest reserve the right to cancel any advertisement, insertion order or space reservation, or position commitment at any time without cause. EINW reserves the right to insert the word "advertisement" above or below any copy.

-Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of EINW, except when a request for a specific preferred position has been acknowledged by EINW in writing.

-EINW shall have no liability for errors in advertisements and copy submitted by clients, in key numbers or advertisers' index (key number or information listings in our print or online guides).

-An advertising Contract can be canceled by the advertiser in writing thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled deadline date for space reservations. If a Contract is canceled before the Contract has been completed, cancellation is also subject to prorated payment of any charges previously waived or discounted, such as discounts for multiple ad insertions. Repayment of discounts, waived charges, and the penalty charge will be billed upon receipt of notification of the Contract, and is due immediately.

-All invoices paid by credit card are subject to a processing fee not to exceed 3%.

-EINW shall have the right to hold advertiser and/or advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to EINW for advertising that advertiser or its agent ordered.

-Conditions other than rates are subject to change by EINW without notice. Sales tax is subject to change per Spokane rates.

-In the event that any amounts due EINW under this agreement are not paid in accordance to prescribed payment terms (net 30 days), EINW reserves the right to charge interest for delayed payments of up to the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate of interest allowed by law for all invoices past due in excess of 30 days.

-This agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Washington. In the event that commercial collection or legal proceedings be instituted by Inland Empire Media LLC to collect any amount due under the agreement, advertiser agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees or collection fees of 20% of the unpaid balance plus any other court costs and charges incurred.

ART REQUIREMENTS:

-Artwork files for 4-color print ads must be submitted as high resolution (300 dpi) CMYK (4-color) files with all fonts embedded. High Resolution PDF is preferred, but we also accept the following formats: Flattened TIFF or EPS file, High Quality JPEG, or packaged INDD and PSD files with all fonts and links attached. Please do not submit Word, PowerPoint, or other word processing documents.

-Artwork is due by deadlines provided by your account representative. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to contact Edible Inland Northwest (EINW) with new artwork or changes to any ads by the deadline each season. If new artwork or changes have not been received by the deadline, the most recent ad run will be repeated. EINW will not be held responsible for any errors in ad artwork supplied or approved by advertiser.

-Our sales and design staff are happy to help with your ad. Free design services for your first ad are available with a one-year commitment. All other design services are offered at a rate of $60 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
