The Non-Alcoholic Guide

Resources

No & Low

This website offers both retail and wholesale of no and low beverages, as the name suggests. The Borrelli brothers started No & Low together, as they both were wanting to drink less. Their selection is very curated, and my conversations with Louis Borrelli have shown him to be extremely passionate about the category as a whole. He has told me that it’s his delight to match someone to the type of NA drink they will love—send a message and take him up on it.

Zero Proof Nation

A wonderful resource for what kinds of zero proof options exist, including listings for booze-free bars and bottles shops around the country and world. Laura, the founder, is a passionate advocate for the category, and loves to help people discover new NA options as well.

Boisson

Another retailer, this one online and brick and mortar in NYC and California. They have a wide selection of NA beverages. I enjoy their Q&A’s and behind the scenes with brand founders.

Local to the Spokane area is Rocket Market, where you can find a constantly growing selection of NA options. Edible and I are now collaborating with Alan Shepherd at Rocket to continue to keep the options current and do programming, such as tastings (the first will be on January 20th, led by yours truly—call the Market to register today!)

Restaurants and Bars in the Inland Northwest offering NA options (check back often as we will be updating this list):

(If you’re a local restaurant or bar with NA options and would like to be listed on this page, please get in touch at cara@inlandempiremedia.com)
