Plum Crisp

Plum Crisp

Ingredients

Filling

4 cups plums, sliced

½ cup sugar

2 tablespoons flour

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Topping

¾ cup oatmeal

¾ cup brown sugar

¾ cup flour

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup melted salted butter

Instructions

Mix filling in a bowl and place in a greased 9 X 9 inch baking pan.

Next, mix the topping together and sprinkle in crumbles on top of the filling.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until the plums are tender and their juices are slowly bubbling between the crumble topping.
