Apple Haroset for Passover

Apple Haroset for Passover


 
schedule 20 MINUTES  group  6-10 PEOPLE

Ingredients

6 Cups apples, peeled and chopped fine
3 Cups pecans or walnuts, chopped rough
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 Tbsp Kosher wine


Instructions

In a shallow dish or large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.

Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest in the fridge overnight or until ready to serve.

Stir before serving.

Can be kept up to a week refrigerated in an airtight container.
