Whole Food Smoothies

Drop a Sweet Beet Smoothie

1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cooked beets
big handful of kale or spinach (approximately 1 cup)
1/2 cup plain kefir or Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon almond butter
almond milk to reach desired consistency

Green Monster Tropical Smoothie

1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
big handful of spinach or kale (approximately 1 cup)
1/2 cup plain kefir or Greek yogurt
water or coconut water to reach desired consistency
sprinkle of unsweetened coconut on top
