Where: Bon Bon Lounge at the Garland Theater

Jasmine started working at the Garland Theater in 2014 and has had every job there since, working her way up to her role now as the General Manager of the theater and its bar, the Bon Bon Lounge. She created this drink after her favorite TV show, Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Visit Bon Bon before or after you catch a movie at the Garland Theater or any time you want a cocktail with a side of popcorn.

Ingredients

2 oz Scotch
1 oz Lemon juice
¾ oz Honey
¾ oz Creme de Cassis
Egg White
Flamed Cinnamon

Instructions

Separate egg white from yolk.

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker. Dry shake for one minute.  

Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Double strain and garnish with flamed cinnamon.
