Pomegranate Rosemary Spritz

Ingredients
8 oz pomegranate juice
3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Seltzer water (or sparkling wine if you want it boozy)
Instructions
Put juice and 1 sprig of rosemary in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from stovetop and allow to cool.
Add 4 oz pomegranate-rosemary juice to each flute, fill to the top with seltzer water and garnish with another sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
