Dealer’s Choice: Dakota from Bijou shares a Moxie

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dewar's Ilegal Smooth Scotch
1/2 oz Falernum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Dash of Tobacco & Cherry Bitters
1/2 oz Fernet Branca

Instructions

In a shaker, combine scotch, Falernum, lime juice and bitters.

Shake over ice and strain into glass with a large ice cube.

Float the Fernet on top and garnish with a lime wheel.
