Dealer’s Choice with Kadra Evans of Itty Bitty Buddha: The Mushroom Volcano

Slip into the alley behind Little Noodle on Garland to discover Itty Bitty Buddha, a small tiki bar packed with big flavors. Made with cold brew from their neighbors at Pitotti Coffee, this cocktail will wake you up enough for a second drink, and the Lion’s Mane tincture from Far Land Fungi pairs perfectly with late-night wild mushroom soup dumplings.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Bellagave Blanco Coconut Tequila

1.5 oz Crisma Cream Liqueur 

.75 oz Velvet Falernum Liqueur

One Dropperful of Far Land Fungi Lions Mane Tincture

Local Cold Brew Coffee

Toasted Coconut and Cinnamon Stick to garnish

Instructions

Combine Tequila, Cream Liqueur, and Falernum in a mixing tin and shake over ice. Pour into a tall tiki glass rimmed with toasted coconut and top with coffee. Add the tincture and garnish with cinnamon stick. Light the cinnamon stick on fire for the full volcano experience.
